Over
all the gate is very easy to install and easy to use. I did experience
a very scary situation however. My Yorkshire Terrier tried to squeeze
between the gate and the wall where the gate attached via the pressure
plates. She became trapped and was yelping like crazy literally 5
minutes after I installed the gate. Luckily my husband was home and
could help me take the gate down freeing the dog. We're working on
adding something to cover the edges to prevent it from happening again.
It is sturdy and works well. I would highly recommend this with the
notice to watch for busy body Yorkies trying to get into places they
aren't supposed to be. LOL
Ha ha, I got 3 of these! That give you any clue as to how great this little device is?
This
is the best gate that I have used with my very large dog. She's let
herself out of the rest but she's no longer able to roam my home as she
pleases.
Easy to installEasy
to use- although you need two hands. I'm not sure what that lady is
doing on the picture cause I can't use this gate and hold little bear.Very safe. He bangs on it without moving an inch.Side note-it's VERY easy to trip over and we've had quite a few stubbed tips in our house die to the raised lip.
We
got this over a year ago to keep the dogs out of the bedroom areas
after my girlfriend had surgery. We still have it up in our hallway and
it is still working well. It is easy to adjust after the 50 lb dog
puts her paws up on it a few times.
